Its primary goal is to educate drillers, builders, HVAC professionals, and general contractors about the economic and environmental advantages of geothermal heating and cooling. Mission Geo is an independent initiative of GeoExchange, which is known as the leading voice of geothermal policy and advocacy. It collaborates with the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA), which provides education and training for installers and other professionals in the field. Geothermal heating and cooling systems leverage the Earth’s stable underground temperature to efficiently regulate indoor climates, promoting both sustainability and efficiency in building operations.
